Privacy Policy

Last updated October 27, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Audit My KDP, a service of Hollywood Music Company LLC (“Audit My KDP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information associated with the website at auditmykdp.com and the KDP Growth Audit service.

Information we collect

We may receive information you choose to provide when you purchase an audit, contact support, or complete the client intake workflow. Depending on the situation, that may include your name, email address, book or author information, Amazon listing details, keywords, categories, sales or advertising evidence, screenshots, files, and other information you submit for the audit.

Do not send your KDP password. The KDP Growth Audit does not require access to your KDP account password.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Audit My KDP does not directly collect or store your full payment-card number on this website. Stripe may collect payment, billing, fraud-prevention, and transaction information under its own privacy practices. The Stripe checkout may display Hollywood Music Company LLC as the merchant.

Client intake and audit evidence

After purchase, the client intake workflow is hosted through Airtable. Information and files submitted through that workflow are used to verify the book being audited, evaluate the available evidence, prepare the audit deliverables, provide support, and maintain appropriate business records.

Analytics and website data

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site and whether important actions—such as visiting a resource page or beginning checkout—occur. Google Analytics may process information such as page views, device/browser information, approximate location, referral source, interaction events, and similar usage data. The site may use cookies, local storage, or related browser technologies for analytics and basic functionality.

Hosting and service providers

We use third-party providers to operate the service, including Hostinger for website hosting and email, Stripe for payment processing, Airtable for client intake and operations, and Google Analytics for website measurement. These providers may process information as needed to provide their services.

How we use information

  • To provide and fulfill the KDP Growth Audit.
  • To verify book identity and evidence before scoring.
  • To communicate about purchases, intake, evidence, support, and delivery.
  • To operate, secure, measure, and improve the website and service.
  • To maintain records and comply with applicable legal or business obligations.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, support, recordkeeping, dispute handling, legal compliance, and legitimate business purposes. Retention periods can vary depending on the type of information and the service provider involved.

Your choices

You may contact us to ask questions about information you submitted or to request a correction or deletion where appropriate and legally available. Some information may need to be retained for transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, or legal recordkeeping purposes.

Children

The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the website, service, or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
