Terms & Refund Policy
These Terms & Refund Policy govern purchases and use of the KDP Growth Audit offered through Audit My KDP, a service of Hollywood Music Company LLC.
The service
The KDP Growth Audit is an evidence-based diagnostic of an Amazon KDP listing and related growth factors. The audit may evaluate areas such as positioning, cover and thumbnail presentation, description, keywords, categories, pricing and Kindle Unlimited context, storefront/catalog factors, read-through, and advertising readiness, depending on the evidence available.
Evidence Gate and fulfillment timing
The 48-hour fulfillment window begins only after the minimum required evidence packet is complete and verified. We may request clarification or additional evidence before the audit begins. Missing or unverifiable evidence may be marked NED (Not Enough Data) rather than treated as a zero.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information and for confirming that the submitted book, listing, ASIN, marketplace, and supporting evidence are the materials you want audited. Do not provide your KDP password. You are also responsible for deciding whether to implement any recommendation.
Deliverables
When the Evidence Gate resolves to READY, the client package may include a final audit PDF, a matching editable DOCX, an implementation action sheet, and an XLSX scorecard/action plan when materially useful. Exact deliverables may vary when a format is not useful or when the available evidence does not support it.
Founder and Standard offers
The Founder offer is $99 and is limited to the first three completed Founder purchases. After that offer closes, the standard KDP Growth Audit price is $149 unless a different price is clearly displayed at checkout. Stripe checkout may show Hollywood Music Company LLC as the merchant because Hollywood Music Company LLC operates Audit My KDP.
Refunds and cancellations
Because the KDP Growth Audit is a customized digital service, refund eligibility depends on fulfillment status. If you need to cancel, contact support@auditmykdp.com as soon as possible.
- Before audit work begins: refund requests may be approved when no substantive audit work has started.
- After audit work begins: fees are generally non-refundable because customized analysis and fulfillment work has been performed, except where required by law or otherwise agreed by us.
- If we cannot fulfill the purchased audit: we will provide an appropriate refund for the unfulfilled service.
Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable law.
No guarantees
Publishing and advertising outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. Recommendations are based on the listing, context, and evidence available at the time of the audit. We do not promise or guarantee increased sales, rank, royalties, reviews, bestseller status, advertising return, or any other specific result.
Independent service
Audit My KDP is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Amazon, Kindle Direct Publishing, or their affiliates. Amazon and Kindle Direct Publishing names and marks belong to their respective owners.
Intellectual property and permitted use
Your purchased audit deliverables are provided for your own publishing and business use. Audit My KDP retains ownership of its underlying methodologies, frameworks, templates, site content, branding, and reusable systems. You retain ownership of the materials you submit to us, subject to the limited right to use those materials as needed to perform the service.
Limitation of responsibility
You remain responsible for publishing decisions, account changes, pricing, metadata, advertising, and any actions taken after receiving the audit. To the extent permitted by law, Audit My KDP and Hollywood Music Company LLC are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from publishing or advertising decisions based on the service.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The terms in effect at the time of purchase apply to that purchase unless applicable law requires otherwise.
